FRANCIS
HAMIT
Has been a writer for more than 40 years. His
work includes over a thousand articles, reviews, essays and columns for
a wide variety of publications including some with international
circulation. He has also written for the Encyclopaedia
Britannica (which is where he first met Belle Boyd) and has a
Master of Fine Arts degree in Fiction from the Iowa Writers
Workshop at the University of Iowa. In recent years he has moved
away from Journalism towards his roots in Fiction and Drama (he was in
theatre before he started writing). He has been listed in Who's
Who in America and Who's Who in the World since 1999. He served
during the Vietnam War in the U.S. Army Security Agency, in Vietnam and
Frankfurt, Germany and is a long time member of the Association of
Former Intelligence Officers and the National Military Intelligence
Association. He is also a member of the Military Writer's Society
of America.
